Hi, I’m Niki—
An instructor who blends playful sequencing with clear, form-first coaching to help you build resilient strength, ease tension, and move with confidence in everything you do.
My journey began in professional dance, where I fell in love with Pilates for its optimized cross-training abilities—alignment, precision, and movement that feels intelligent, intuitive, and, simply put, damn good in your body.
Movement should work for your life. I keep cueing clear and progress tailored, so you feel the right work in the right places—progress that’s steady, safe, and genuinely satisfying.
Training & Credentials
STOTT Pilates certified with over 10+ years of experience teaching form-first, alignment-focused movement. Plus, continued education across anatomy, strength, mobility, sequencing, cueing, breathwork, and more.
International teaching experience, including workshops and educator sessions on creative sequencing and clear cueing.
Collaboration with clinicians—physiotherapists, chiropractors, RMTs, and physicians when needed—to align programming with medical guidance when helpful. Please note: Pilates instruction is fitness coaching and not a substitute for medical or physiotherapy care. I coordinate with your clinician.
