What should I wear to Pilates?

Comfortable, form-fitting clothing (avoid zippers or bulky pockets). Socks or bare feet are both fine.

How long is a session?

 55 minutes, appointment-only.

I’m brand new—will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. We meet your body where it is that day and make Pilates work for you.

Is Pilates right for my back/neck pain?

Yes. Sessions are one-to-one and tailored to you. We avoid anything that aggravates symptoms and adjust on the spot—Pilates is beneficial for every body when appropriately personalized with proper guidance.

Can you help with injury recovery?

Yes, I have years of experience coordinating with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and RMTs to align your program during recovery. Pilates instruction is not a substitute for medical or physiotherapy care. I coordinate with your clinician to help provide you with well-rounded care.

Where do I park and how do I enter?

Free street parking on Sunray Ave, or you are welcome to park in the driveway (when space is available). Please use the front door to enter.

What should I bring?

A water bottle—I’ll have bottled water available in case you forget, or need refills. (Grip socks optional.)

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellation & rescheduling permitted up to 24-hours before the start of your session. Late cancellations/no-shows will be charged to the card on file, invoiced, or subtracted from your active package.

Do packages expire?

Yes. Service packages expire six (6) months from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise required by law. Extensions may be granted only where mandated by applicable legislation or where a written extension has been expressly agreed upon in advance.

Please note that service packages are not gift cards or gift certificates and therefore are not subject to Ontario’s no-expiry provisions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Each package represents a prepayment for a specific number of sessions or services, and any unused sessions after the expiry date are forfeited without refund, except as required by law.

How do I book?

What if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

After you register online, you should receive a confirmation email shortly after. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please:

a) check your junk mailbox

b) if it isn’t there, email me directly, as it is usually due to an error with the email. Please be sure to double-check that you have entered your email address correctly.
