Private, one-to-one Pilates—55 minutes, well spent. Pick the rhythm that works for your life, and we’ll tailor the work each session for results you can feel.

How we work

Choose your cadence:

  • Accelerated Growth (2–3×/week) — Recommended for accelerated change and notable progress through intensified consistency. If this cadence isn’t sustainable long-term, consider it a “tune-up phase” dedicated to recovery from injury or accelerating a specific goal, then transition into a weekly gradual growth phase.

  • Gradual Growth (1× /week) — Steady progress and accountability; balances your other training. Recommended for maintaining and refining your current fitness.

  • Maintenance (1×/2 weeks) — A little is better than none; ideal for busy or unpredictable schedules while staying connected and moving forward.

Included in every session:

  • One-to-one coaching in a quiet, private studio

  • Clear cues, tailored progress, and intensity adapted to work for you

  • Form-first programming for strength, mobility, and posture.

- Cancellation & rescheduling: 24 hours. Payment is due at the time of booking or at the start of the session.

- Late cancellations/no-shows will be charged to the card on file or invoiced, or subtracted from your active package.
