Who we are

Niki Carr Pilates (“we,” “us”) operates a private, appointment-only Pilates studio in London, ON.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone number)

• Booking details (requested times, session notes you share)

• Website form messages

• Relevant medical history and history of injuries you choose to share with us to support you with safe, tailored sessions

Why we collect it

• To reply to inquiries, schedule sessions, and provide client service

• To tailor sessions for your safety and goals

Legal basis & consent

By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to us contacting you about scheduling and services. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing niki@nikicarrpilates.com. If you withdraw consent, we may still keep limited records we’re required to retain (see Retention).

How we store it

We use secure, password-protected tools and limit access to those who need it. We keep only what we need and delete on request unless required for records.

Retention

Client records are retained for up to 7 years for business and tax purposes unless a longer period is required by law. After that, we securely delete or anonymize them.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We may use standard service providers (e.g., scheduling and email tools) to deliver our services. Data may be processed outside Canada by our service providers. These providers are bound by contracts and security obligations.

Your choices & rights

• Access/Update/Delete: Email niki@nikicarrpilates.com to access, correct, or request deletion of your information.

• Withdraw consent: You can withdraw consent to contact at any time via the same email.

• Health info: You’re not required to share medical details, but sharing relevant history helps us keep sessions safe.

Marketing (only if you opt in)

We send marketing emails only with opt-in consent. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in the email or by contacting us.

Children’s information

Our services are intended for adults. If working with a minor, we collect information only with the parent/guardian’s involvement and consent.

Updates to this notice

We may update this notice and will post the latest version here. Material changes will show a new effective date.
